I wasn't immediately convinced that this product could actually help me lose weight without side effects but I felt comforted and wanted to try after I read Go Veda's story and guarantee. It's true, too. No side effects. I hope everyone reads this b/c if you try this product, you too will be a fan of Ayurveda and Goveda!

I hsve never written a testimonial before but I feel so strongly about Trimme that I decided to write one. Trimme is the only one I have tried so far and it works great with some test trial on my part. The first month I got the product, I took 1 pill twice a day. Something about the pill makes me urinate like crazy so I drank lots more water. I really flush out my system, give me energy (skin cleared up from acne - not sure if this suppose to happen) but not too much weight loss. the 3rd week I decided to take 2 pills at one time and sometimes twice a day and what a diference it made. The frequent urination continues but not as much as before. However, my appetite decreases tremendously and took away my craving. I don't feel hungry and I continue to eat what I normally ate in the past. It was crazy! I have lost 4 lbs in two weeks and my energy is great - My energy is so strong that I even want to go to the gym! I even stop using the product to see if how I feel is really due to the product. When I stop, my appetite and craving came back after one week.
I have tried other diet pills and diet programs and have not much success. Other pills made me jumpy then tire but never curve my appetite and cravings. And let's not talk about the crazy diets.
I love Trimme!!!

I have heard of Ayurveda and know of its benefits. I found Trimme while searching online. I was impressed with the website and the abundance of information on the site so I decided to order the product. I definitely experience the frequent bathroom visits and felt dehydrated. I drank more water and it really flushed out my system. I wanted to loose weight faster so I take two pills in the morning and sometimes two pills at lunch as per instruction. On my second week, I definitely do not want to eat as much and I don't reach for the munchies like I use to during my premenstrual period. So far so good and no side effects which is definitely something I felt with other products I took before. I am on my second bottle and have lost 5 lbs so far.

My first dose of Trimme proved itself immediately. When I say immediately, I mean within 45 mins of swallowing them, the pills pulled and flushed an incredible amount of water weight from my body. I took 4 pills per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I experienced frequent urination and consumed much more water, but was very happy knowing that my body and the pills were working together to lose weight. Drinking more water is always a good thing. My crazy cravings and appetite were curbed but not to the unnatural state of starving yourself. I also noticed a dramatic decrease of cravings during my menstrual cycle. I didn’t feel shaky or speedy, as with other weight loss products, but had more energy and felt all around lighter. Trimme gives you a natural energy and doesn’t leave you crashing with a headache at the end of the day. I am very impressed with Trimme and its natural effects on the body. I lost 5 pounds and will continue to take it until I reach my goal and know it will produce lasting results. Taking Trimme and being so pleased with the results has inspired me to try other GoVeda products.
